New Insurance Agent. From time-to-time, Weber’s Insurance hires newly licensed insurance agents. Therefore, if you are considering a career in the insurance industry or, if you have just been licensed in Arizona, Weber’s Insurance may be interested in a conversation with you. Customer Service Representative. Nothing is more important than customer service and at Weber’s Insurance we place the highest level of priority on customer retention and service beyond the sale.
