BK Stricklind

928-445-8720BK Stricklind joined the Weber’s Insurance team in February 2008 after 14 years with the Dallas, Texas Private Client Services Department of Marsh, Inc., one of the largest brokers in the world. She brings to Weber’s Insurance the finely honed “client centered” skills developed while with Marsh, Inc., which culminated in her designation as Asst. V.P. of Private Client Services. While at Marsh, Inc., she obtained and still holds her Texas Property & Casualty non-resident license.
Specializing in home, auto, watercraft, recreational vehicles and umbrella insurance, BK appreciates the diverse portfolio of products available through Weber’s Insurance which allows her to select the companies and price points that best serve the needs of her clients. It is the needs of the client that drives her selection of products, not the need of the products to be sold.
After over 20 years in the insurance business and obtaining her Arizona Property & Casualty license, BK is happy to bring her expertise to the people of Arizona.
Leslie Robison

928-445-8720Leslie Robison joined Weber’s Insurance in August 2004. She specializes in helping individuals, seniors, families, small business owners, and the self-employed obtain affordable health, life, and disability coverage tailored to their specific needs.
As an independent agent, she is able to work on behalf of her client’s best interests. She has the expertise in writing a diverse portfolio of products that address pre-existing conditions and waiting periods, Portability eligibility, Medicare Supplement coverage, Medicare Part D Prescription coverage, Medicare Advantage plans, Preventative Care benefits, Self-Employed/Small Group options, and life and disability products.
Prior to joining Weber’s Insurance, she worked in the San Francisco Bay area as an independent health and life agent at ProInsurance Services. She has over 15 years’ experience in office administration, including human resources and employee recruitment.
Leslie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History from Northern Illinois University.
Sandra Pype-McDonald

928-445-8720Kalamazoo Michigan was my home before I relocated to Prescott in 2006. I received my Bachelors degree in the fine arts and an MBA from Western Michigan University. Prior to my insurance career I worked as a graphic designer and illustrator. During my off hours I enjoy riding my horse, Pebbles with my husband, painting and hiking.
As a personal lines agent I assist individuals and families to tailor insurance policies to meet their needs for home, auto, umbrella, watercraft, and recreational vehicle insurance.
Beverly Thacker

928-445-8720I lived in Rancho Cucamonga before moving to Prescott in 1997, and joined Weber's Insurance Service in 2003 as the receptionist. Since then, I have obtained my Property and Casualty insurance license. Besides my responsibilities as an insurance agent, I also work in the accounting department as the account receivables clerk.
Prior to joining Weber’s Insurance I worked for the United States Post Office in Corona, California.
As a personal lines agent, I assist families and individuals with purchasing of personal umbrella, automobile, home, recreational vehicles and watercraft insurance to tailor every individual’s insurance needs.I enjoy working for independent agency; it gives me the capability of finding the best coverage and premiums for my clients.
On my time off, I enjoy hiking, gardening, four wheeling and looking for Indian ruins.
Debbie Knack

I have been a licensed agent since 1986 and come from a long line of insurance professionals (Father, Brother, Uncle and Cousins). After moving to Chino Valley in October 2002, I joined Weber’s Insurance Service as a personal lines agent and specialize in helping individuals with all their personal insurance needs.
In my spare time I enjoy going to auctions and going on cruises as often as possible.
Jeff Miles

Prior to joining Weber's Insurance, Jeff worked on the company side as an underwriter for a large surety company. His current responsibilities at Weber’s Insurance include all lines of personal insurance, commercial insurance and bonds. Jeff is committed to nurturing the agent – client relationship and providing the proper coverage at the absolute best price.
Richard Logan

928-445-8720I was born in St. Mary’s, Ohio and received a B.S. Degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. After serving as a Pilot in the U.S.A.F. for seven years, I moved to Arizona in 1972 where my insurance career began in 1973 and met my wife. My career has focused on all aspects of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance products.
Along with all of our family activities, I enjoy racquet-ball, collecting guns, hunting, classic cars, church choir, and participating as a Big Brother in the Big Brother/ Little Brother program.
Colleen Petty

928-445-8720Originally from the Santa Clarita Valley in California, I moved to Prescott in 1994. Today I live in Prescott Valley with my fiancé and son. In May 2006, I began working at Weber’s Insurance Service. In the last three years, I have obtained my property, casualty, life, and health insurance licenses.
As a personal lines and health agent, I can assist clients with purchasing personal auto, home, umbrella, recreational vehicle’s and health insurance. Working at an independent agency gives me the availability to find products to fit customer’s needs and budget.
