Bill is President of Weber’s Insurance. He is a third-generation Weber and began his insurance career with the family agency in 1980.
He and his family moved to Prescott from Southern California to help grow the family agency, which was founded by his grandfather, Walter. Bill has proudly seen his family agency grow to represent over 75 companies and 15 employees.
Bill has over 30 years’ industry experience and specializes in a diverse portfolio of products that include Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Bonding, Life and Health, Medicare, Series 6 Securities and Mutual Funds.
Bill is a graduate of Prescott High School and pursued various business and construction technology studies at Yavapai College.
He has attended several specialized insurance knowledge based conferences as well as multiple Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Service Representative Courses.
Bill holds a current flood certificate and is a registered representative with Symetra Investments Services. He also served for several years on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona’s Individual Products Advisory Board.
He has served with several Key Agent Councils for multiple companies. He is designated as a premier partner agent with two national insurance companies. He is a member of the Independent Agents of America and proud to be affiliated with the Trusted Choice Association of Agents.
Bill enjoys his time with his wife and three children. He believes in public service and giving back to the community and is currently President of his homeowners association, Cubmaster of his local Scout Pack, a board member of the Prescott Meals on Wheels bequeathing committee, and a past district and state officer of the Order of Demolay and Free Masons.

Glenn joined Weber’s Insurance in 2007 after having worked in the airline industry for over 25 years. Service to others is in his blood and a part of his nature.
Glenn handles both facility- and accounting-related services for the agency.
Writing is also his passion, and he recently authored a non-fiction book that centers on communicating with families who are raising children with special needs.

Judy Fotre joined Weber’s Insurance in 2008. She and her husband relocated from Oregon to Arizona in 2002. While in Oregon she spent over 30 years obtaining insurance knowledge while working for large insurance brokers (Fred S. James, Sedgwick James and Marsh USA).
As a Commercial Lines Agent, she assists our clients with placement of their insurance programs, processing of renewals, audits, certificates, and review of insurance requirements in their contracts.
She also enjoys RVing (seeing the beautiful sites in Arizona), hiking, and gardening.

Pam joined Weber’s Insurance in 2008. She hails from Big Bear, CA, where she raised three children.
As one of our front desk customer service representatives, she brings a wealth of customer service experience to her front-lines position having worked previously in banking and escrow.
In her free time she loves to hike the beautiful back roads of Northern Arizona with her dog Eddie.
Pam makes it her daily priority to assist others and to add a smile to each person’s day. Her motto is “how may I help you?”

Debbie joined Weber’s Insurance in 2002. She began her insurance career in 1971 and worked for many years in Phoenix for both large and small agencies.
She comes from a long line of insurance professionals that include her father, brother, uncle and cousins.
As Manger of Personal Lines she is responsible for overseeing and managing the Personal Lines team and working closely with company representatives. As a personal lines agent she specializes in helping individuals with all their personal insurance needs.
In her spare time she enjoys going to auctions and going on cruises as often as possible.

Dick joined Weber’s Insurance in 2001. Born in St. Mary’s, Ohio, Dick received a B.S. Degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
After having served as a pilot in the USAF for seven years, he moved to Arizona in 1972 and shortly thereafter met his wife and began his career in insurance.
Dick’s specializes on all aspects of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance products.
Away from the office he keeps busy with family activities. He enjoys racquet-ball, collecting guns, hunting, classic cars, church choir, playing with his two cats, and participating as a Big Brother in the Big Brother/ Little Brother program.

Jeff joined Weber’s Insurance in 2005 and brings over 13 years of insurance experience to the agency. He also served in the U.S. Marines Corps prior to entering the insurance industry.
Jeff is a multi-lines agent who writes both personal and commercial lines of coverage, including bonds. Prior to joining Weber’s Insurance, he worked on the company side as an underwriter for a large surety company.
Jeff is committed to nurturing the agent – client relationship and providing the proper coverage at the absolute best price.

Michelle joined the Weber's Team in July 2009 after 10 years with one of the nation’s largest firms.
She brings to us her experience as a Commercial Lines Manager and Quality Control Liaison. She is very customer service driven and has a strong attention to detail.
Michelle is a licensed Property & Casualty agent as well as a licensed Life & Health agent. She has achieved her designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
She is currently attending Yavapai College to obtain her Associates Degree in Accounting.

Sandy joined Weber’s Insurance in 2006. She hails from Kalamazoo Michigan.
As a personal lines agent, Sandy assists individuals and families with tailoring insurance products, such as home, auto, umbrella, watercraft, and RV coverage, to meet their particular needs.
Sandy received her Bachelor’s degree in the fine arts and an MBA from Western Michigan University. Prior to her insurance career, she worked as a graphic designer and illustrator.
During Sandy's off hours she enjoys time with her dog, painting, quilting and hiking.

Colleen joined Weber’s Insurance in 2006. Originally from Santa Clarita Valley, California, she moved to Prescott in 1994.
Prior to joining Weber’s Insurance, she worked in the hospitality industry and gained a wealth of customer service experience.
Colleen is a multi-lines agent focusing on both health and life products as well and personal auto, home, umbrella, RV insurance. As an independent agent, she is able to assist her clients with finding premier coverage at an affordable rate.

Leslie Robison joined Weber’s Insurance in 2004. She specializes in helping individuals, seniors, families, small business owners, and the self-employed obtain affordable health, life, and disability coverage tailored to their specific needs.
As an independent agent, she is able to work on behalf of her client’s best interests. She has the expertise in writing a diverse portfolio of products that address pre-existing conditions and waiting periods, Portability eligibility, Medicare Supplement coverage, Medicare Part D Prescription coverage, Medicare Advantage plans, Preventative Care benefits, Self-Employed/Small Group options, and life and disability products.
Prior to joining Weber’s Insurance, she worked in the San Francisco Bay area as an independent health and life agent at ProInsurance Services. She has over 20 years’ experience in office administration, including human resources and employee recruitment.
In her spare time she and her husband enjoy hiking, biking, exploring the Southwest, and collecting Native American crafts.

BK joined Weber’s Insurance in 2008 after 14 years with the Dallas, Texas Private Client Services Department of Marsh, Inc., one of the largest brokers in the world.
She brings to Weber’s Insurance the finely honed “client centered” skills developed while with Marsh, Inc., which culminated in her designation as Asst. V.P. of Private Client Services. While at Marsh, Inc., she obtained and still holds her Texas Property & Casualty non-resident license.
Specializing in home, auto, watercraft, recreational vehicles and umbrella insurance, BK appreciates the diverse portfolio of products available through Weber’s Insurance which allows her to select the companies and price points that best serve the needs of her clients. It is the needs of the client that drives her selection of products, not the need of the products to be sold.
After over 20 years in the insurance business and obtaining her Arizona Property & Casualty license, BK is happy to bring her expertise to the people of Arizona.

Beverly joined Weber’s Insurance in 2003. She moved from Rancho Cucamonga, CA to Prescott in 1997. Prior to joining Weber’s Insurance she worked for the United States Post Office in Corona, California.
Beverly originally started as a receptionist with the agency and was later promoted to a personal lines agent.
As a personal lines agent, she assists families and individuals with obtaining home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicle and watercraft coverage tailored to each client’s particular needs.
She enjoys working for an independent agency as it gives her the ability to find the best coverage at an affordable premium for her clients.
In addition to being a personal lines agent, she is also responsible for handling the agency’s accounts receivables.
On her time off she enjoys hiking, gardening, four wheeling and looking for Indian ruins.

Cindy joined Weber’s Insurance in 2009 after having worked as a personal lines agent for 7 years with another Agency. A Kansas girl at heart, she moved from Dodge City, Kansas, to Arizona in 1994.
Cindy has been a Personal Lines agent since 2002. At the front desk she combines that knowledge with her 25 years of customer service to provide our clients with the highest standard of service, whether it is a payment, change to your policy or any type of question.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her large family.
